But through it all, Jaclyn discovered something profound—the power of compassionate, personalized care. By her side through it all was her husband, Keegan Tozaki, a firefighter who has spent his career protecting and training public safety members. He witnessed Jaclyn’s strength, and the immense difference it made when a provider truly cared. Together, they emerged with a renewed purpose: to build something better.
